I want to test next year and want to know what to do when I am training and safety equipment to help me, thank you very much I could:)

Hooray for you not to wait for weeks before we know what to do! Of course you need time to learn these skills if you do a big favor, asap. You discover what your future equipment needs. If you know the bottom, then enter the classroom immediately, if possible, as flips and jumps can take a long time to learn. (Sometimes it can trick, but you can not do much on its own.)

2. attatude good.
3. within the movement stronger and percise
4. Add ur own little personality
5. UR should make like 100 squats in the week running one miles per week and stretch before and after each workout
6. UR be interesting to sit on the ground and try to revenge on the toes of the UR
FYI: My sister has me to do the same things and have the academic year
