In what state are teaching? Some states offer free PEI, but only the teachers of this state or a particular district. Go figure.

You can apply to their special education teacher or lead director of special education in your school district. I'm sure you're not the only teacher that will address this issue and the technology to save time and headaches. You can buy a program if enough teachers express such a wish.
