Sour smell due to infant skin rolls....? - sour infant poop
My baby is very thick and I notice that during the bath, things like cheese with a very unpleasant smell lay behind the knees, armpits, everywhere there are cracks and rolls. I swim very well and gets a bath every two days. I was even put powder in these places to keep dry, suggestions?
